Link into our Claims system that will enable you to raise an intent of claim as well as track your existing claims.


DashBoard

Dashboard will list the details of the claim intent, claim or customer complaints that were submitted earlier.You can also view or query the details/status of a particular Intent, Claim or Customer Complaint submitted earlier. A follow-up query of the pending claims and customer complaints can also be initiated by clicking the + sign

Submit An Intent

Submit Intent of Claim within the stipulated time period, to ensure that right to claim is not extinguished. The 'Intent' indicates that the claimant has noticed some discrepancy for which he/she reserves the right to claim at a later stage, if he/she so decides.

Submit A Claim

Claims can be submitted for consignments which are lost, damaged, mishandled, delayed pilfered etc. Prior to filing a claim, please ensure you have the exact total value of the loss and the supporting documents.

Submit Customer Complaints

In case you have experienced any dissatisfaction with our customer service or service delivery, please use this module to submit a complaint.

Preferences

To set the preferences as per the customer and that is allowed in the system.
